{"id":15457,"date":"2022-11-10T10:31:53","date_gmt":"2022-11-10T08:31:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/minifactory.fi\/?p=15457"},"modified":"2023-02-17T12:58:08","modified_gmt":"2023-02-17T10:58:08","slug":"dronamics-ltd-use-3d-printing-in-aircraft-development","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/minifactory.fi\/fr\/dronamics-ltd-use-3d-printing-in-aircraft-development\/","title":{"rendered":"Dronamics Ltd use 3D printing in aircraft development"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3D printing in aircraft development<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dronamics.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dronamics Ltd<\/a><\/strong> is a Bulgarian start-up company developing an unmanned aircraft for the so-called last mile delivery. \u201cThe BlackSwan\u201d carries load of up to 350 kg over a distance of up to 2 500 km.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the development and validation process, the team used 1:4 scale aircraft to conduct test flights. Some of the components for the 1:4 prototype is produced in single units or micro batches, where one of the key advantages of 3D printing lies. An example of such parts is the set of adapters for the aircraft\u2019s wingbox system. The parts were printed using <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/minifactory.fi\/fr\/imprimante-3d-industrielle\/ultra-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">miniFactory Ultra<\/a><\/strong> high-performance 3D printer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>HabitAdd\u2019s team enabled parts to be significantly lighter through optimization of their internal structure.
